The Borealis™ Ultra 2 is a high-performance 5HP system designed for heavy commercial use. Due to the power and complexity of this unit, specialized handling is required.

Global Delivery Timelines

This unit typically requires an additional 30 days of lead time compared to our standard residential models.

Europe: 60–70 Days (Ocean Freight)

Note: For all orders, our logistics partner will contact you directly to confirm site access (loading dock, freight elevator, etc.) and schedule the specific delivery window.

Water Care

• Add mild sanitizers (non-chlorine, non-bromine) to keep the water clean for several weeks
• Clean the skimmer basket weekly to remove leaves, hair, and debris
• Replace the filter cartridge every 3–4 weeks depending on usage
• Change the water every 3-4 weeks for optimal hygiene, depending on hygiene and frequency of use

General Maintenance

• Wipe the tub occasionally to remove body oils or sunscreen residue
• Ensure there is good airflow around the Borealis™ unit
• Avoid using extension cables
